Afterglow Physio provides orthopedic physical therapy, performance coaching, and wellness services. We operate as a cash-pay, out-of-network clinic.
We do not guarantee reimbursement from insurance companies and do not bill insurance on your behalf. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for you to submit to your insurance.

- Payment is due at the time of booking or service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
To respect our time and other clients, we require notice for cancellations:
- 24-hour notice required
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee
Refund Policy
- All services, including appointments and digital products, are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refund requests for prepaid packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
